Over the Waves is putting on record the rich maritime heritage of communities in Cardigan and the Lower Teifi Valley. Coastal and riverside communities from Llanarth to Cardigan to Cenarth are invited to take part in activities to gather and interpret stories, facts, photographs and documents to create an information resource within their own villages and on this website.
